Felbryn Studios started as a project to amplify the voices and stories of Northern Ireland's creative community. We built Felbryn to provide high-quality voice-over, foley, sound design, and post-production for games, animation, and audio drama. But we quickly realized that a studio is more than just a service—it's a creative hub. Our mission is to foster a thriving ecosystem where talent can grow, collaborate, and produce work that resonates both locally and internationally.

JR McCormick
Company Director
JR is a casting professional turned studio founder with over seven years' experience at The Extras Dept, Ireland's leading agency for background talent. His credits span major productions including Dungeons & Dragons: Honour Among Thieves, Kneecap, and A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms. A multi-instrumentalist composer, improv performer, and producer, JR founded Felbryn Studios to combine his casting expertise with his creative roots—bridging the gap between screen and sound to champion bold, voice-led storytelling. He's passionate about tabletop gaming, sci-fi literature, and growing things—especially creative communities.
Clark Philips
Head Engineer
Clark is a seasoned Music Producer, Audio Engineer, and Sound Designer with over 20 years of experience in music and post-production. After a decade as a freelance producer, he spent 10 years at the Nerve Centre in Belfast, where he trained the next generation of creatives in foley, sound design, and post-production for film and animation. A multi-instrumentalist composer with a passion for video games, tabletop RPGs, and ancient Irish history, Clark brings depth, detail, and dedication to every soundscape he builds.
